1. About Us
Dev Bhoomi Samiti is a registered non-profit organisation working in disaster relief, healthcare, education, elder care and community welfare.
2. Use of Website & Services
The content on this website is provided for social, educational and public interest purposes. Users shall not use the website for any unlawful, unethical or unauthorised activities. The organisation reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
3. Donations & Financial Transactions
- Donations are voluntary and generally final. Duplicate payments, payment errors and other approved exceptions are reviewed under our Refund, Cancellation & Payment Help Policy. A refund is not automatic.
- Donors will receive official receipts and 80G certificates where applicable.
- All online transactions are processed through secure, authorised payment gateways using SSL encryption.
- Any fraudulent or unlawful financial activity will be reported to authorities and appropriate action will be taken.
4. Intellectual Property
The Dev Bhoomi Samiti name, logo and original materials belong to the organisation where it holds the relevant rights. Third-party photographs, logos, documents and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and permissions. Please contact us before reusing content; publication here does not grant a licence to reuse it.
5. Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep published information accurate and welcome correction requests. Audited financial statements are identified separately from programme descriptions and photo archives. A camera date or photograph alone does not establish a verified activity date or distribution result. Historical reports describe their stated period and do not automatically describe current services. Website access may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance or technical issues.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
